Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and some Saturdays.

This is a direct hire position with hourly and commission based pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound/Outbound Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, website requests, and emails promptly, and make outbound calls to follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule sales appointments for the showroom and service appointments for the service department, aiming to increase customer service satisfaction.
- CRM Management: Log all customer interactions, update data, and ensure all customer information is accurate in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Follow-Up Management: Follow up with "no-show" customers and maintain contact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of current inventory, dealership promotions, and vehicle features.
Job Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to follow scripts while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Competence in using CRM software, computers, and internet tools.
- Goal-Oriented: A focus on meeting specific quotas for appointments booked and kept.
- Education/Experience: Previous customer service or sales experience is highly preferred.
